Which PC is best to run Minecraft, Gmod, tf2?

Hi I was just wondering what would be a cheap but reliable pc to run simple games like minecraft, gmod, CS, tf2 on high settings and get good fps?
I don't really want to be spending like £1000 on a gaming pc when i can buy one for uch cheaper to only run simple games.
At the moment I am running on an AMD laptop and it is pretty poor so would really appreciate the help from you guys!

What do you think? I can take out the SSD and maybe bump up the GPU a little if you want.

Actually also bumped up the PSU too, since the new GPU would eat up a ton more power.
