I am having trouble setting up my new headset, (name in title).

I can get it to play audio by plugging it into the back of my monitor but I want to use the mic on it as-well so it needs to go into my PC. I have plugged it into the PC via a splitter which it came with so it is now plugged into both the mic and audio jacks.

However it will not play audio through the headset but the mic does work.

Help is appreciated, thank-you :)

When I plug in my headphones into my monitor it is still playing through the monitor but the audio is coming through the headphones If you see what I mean.

And when I do what you told me too I don't see the name of my headphones there, what should they be listed as?

Hi, sorry for the delay. Are you plugging your headphones into the computer? the headphone should plug into the green plug and the microphone should be plugged into the pink one. On the sound manager the headphones should appear as "Speakers *name of sound manager* HD Audio" or something along those lines.
