60+ fps at 1080p build let me know

Solution
Yes, you have a nice pc. You would be able to play the majority of games at 60fps at 1080p. I would you recommend to get something like this:
Intel Core i5-4460
EVGA GTX 970
MSI H97 Guard Pro
8GB Corsair Vengeance RAM
256GB Crucial MX100 SSD and 1TB Western Digital Blue Hard Drive
600W Corsair CX600 Power Supply

nnice rig

but either get a non k cpu or a z series mobo

z,k are meant for overclocking .h series is not

other than that get an SSD if you can

otherwise nice build ,enjoy!!

PS- mostly with the modern games dont expect ultra @ a constant 60FPS

You have a strong build provided. What games are you planning on playing? If you play something like BF4, you should reach around 60 FPS on High settings, if you were to play Metro you will not reach the 60fps milestone. However remember the Metro series are often used for stress testing a card.

well if you are lucky and get a good CPU /GPU you can do really good OCs provided you have the experience and the cooling required

anyway with your rig? OCing the CPU - not much of a difference

OCing the GPU - with a good OC you can get the 60FPS performance

REMEMBER- OCing if not done properly can fry/reduce the lifespan of your rig

PS- the build below is meant for upgradability. you can add a 280x in crossfire when you can.Or you can stick with your original build and get a 970

Such a dividing question. Many people will argue that AMD is better then nVidia and vice versa.

My personal preference is nVidia (GeForce) just because I not only see promising performance in their cards, nVidia spends several resources developing technology for their graphics cards (https://developer.nvidia.com/what-is-gameworks) with some of the technologies being exclusive to nVidia cards.
