Power supply unit placement in cooler master elite 311 cabinet

Hi,

Am resolving all my heating issues with my computer.

Can you tell me how to place my psu (Cooler master m2 silent pro) in the cooler master elite 311 cabinet??

As of now, the fan is placed down, is this correct, or should it be on top where the fan will be visible??

Since that case has a bottom mounted PSU, the correct way to install should be the fan facing downwards. This is to take in air from the bottom of the case, which is why you notice that the case is elevated a bit with bottom stands.

So basically, the way you put it in is correct.

How hot is your computer really?

As long as you have a ventilation grill on the bottom of the case fan down is the right option.

gets around 80 degrees gpu and the process

you mean blow it out?? cause if it is pointed up, then wont it be sucking in the hot air??
