cant install new window ,blank display

help pls

yes.

when you say old system, what do you mean? is this a store bought pre made system? did it have the same copy of windows 8 on it before?

if you replaced the motherboard in a store bought system, the windows 8 "key" is tied to the bios on the old motherboard. you will need to call microsoft and/or the computer manufacture to have the windows 8 key unregistered from the old motherboard and unlocked to use on the new motherboard.

yeah,i request spec,and store made it,and i use window 7

ok, well windows 7 is not a locked key. check the bios and make sure it is set to ahci mode, it there is an option for it. otherwise you might need to tell the boot list to look to the cd/usb first where you have the windows 7 installation. if it gets through the first installation part and restarts and is trying to install again, then you might be in a boot loop and need to enter the bios again and point the boot list to the hard drive first in the load order.
