I have a Sapphire amd Radeon HD 6670 1 GB DDR5 card. recently while playing Far Cry 2 the PC crashed
Ram: 2 GB DDR2 (yeah its a dinosaur)
processor: E7500 core 2 duo. 2.93 GHz
450 W PSU
Then after each rebook brief BSOd or in many cases simple black screen appeared. The pc works ok in safe mode.
I tried reinstalling windows but same happens after I install the driver. Without the driver i get crappy resolution but the PC works. Installing updated driver from site did not help. BSOD shows atikmpag.sys is the culprit.
Now I am using my PC without GPU . I installed the card in another pc with same result. Please help.
PS: I have tried everything mentioned in this forum and some other sites.
