Hi, to start off with, I have a ligament copy of GTA IV off steam. I have played this game without errors and about avg of 30 FPS, I get errors when trying to install patch 1.0.7.0 with the MSI installer. I then got universal extractor and manually installed it. Upon launching I get a windows error saying, it has stopped working and

I noticed that Steam auto installed 1.0.7.0. I then later reinstalled the game with the same outcome. I even disabled steam auto updates. My specs are

AMD APU A8-5600K
RADEON HD 7560D (integrated CPU GPU)
ASROCK FM2A88X PRO3+
6 GB DDR3 RAM

If my specs don't reach the requirements (GPU) you don't have to tell me, I've player about 20 hours on this computer, and I used to play it on a computer with 1 GHz and 2 GB RAM. My game is not modded and I've reinstalled the game 5 times already. Thanks.
EDIT: I installed 1.0.4.0, now my game starts although there are no menu options (Start, Options, Live) and when pressing enter my game goes into the loading screen and then crashes, I've verified cache multiple times, ran the game in compatibility mode for Vista SP2, and Windows 7 no SP (I'm using Windows 7 SP1), both with admin privileges.
