hello
sinds a few weeks my pc started crashing my screen freezes and my computer shuts down without any warning.
it used to only happen when i'm playing heavy games like battlefield 4 and far cry 4 after i started playing sometimes after an hour, but mostly it happens after 10 minutes it just crashes and my pc reboots.
but sinds 2 days it started also happing in games like counter strike etc.
i think it maybe my cpu overheating but i do not know what to do about it.
if anybody knows some answers please let me know.

If your overheating the only way to know for sure is watch the temp and see if it gets hot and shuts down at a certain point, other things you can try are replacing the thermal paste on your processor. If none of that works, the easiest way to see if your PSU isn't working is to switch it out with another one if you have another computer laying around. Barring that, you can get a power supply meter which essentially you plug the power supply into its sockets and it will tell you what is working, if its working, and how well.

Here's a example of a power supply tester, and is the one i use http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16899109003
