Hello! My problem is that i have low fps in games. I bought new gpu : sapphire r9 280. When i had old radeon hd 6750 1gb i had about same fps like now. My max gpu and cpu usage is about 40-50 in every game.
My setup:
Mainboard: Gigabyte: ga-970a-d3
CPU: AMD-FX 6300
GPU: Sapphire R9 280
RAM: 4GB
PSU: Zalman ZM600-LX
