Thoughts On My Gaming PC Build?

I've been meaning to build a portable powerhouse at around $1200. Why? I switch houses (via car of course) once a week, and will have to carry it up a flight of stairs, each time; and, I only have $1200 lol I say "only", it's still a lot. Some thoughts or critiques on the thing would be awesome, thanks!
