im sure its my computer, i keep getting 1 BAR OF INTERNET.... its fine for about 10 seconds, then horrible for about an hour, then goes good again, im litterally the matter of 1.5-2 meters away from my router, and ive tested on my laptop, i get about 50 upload and 10 down, with less then 30 ping... the wireless thingy is a little silver thing inside my hp tower...

Most of the cards suggested so far are great... but probably a huge waste of money in your case.

I doubt you have a router with Wireless-AC (not many people do). So why pay extra for a wireless card that supports it.

Same again with dual-band wireless. If your router doesn't support dual-band, why spend extra on a dual-band wireless adaptor.

We use these all the time in my office - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833704129&cm_re=n300_pcie-_-33-704-129-_-Product

Not top of the range or killer speed - But cheap and very reliable.
