how do i fix my "other devices" and "sound" exlamation marks in my Device Manager?

I have 3 exclamation marks. I tried to right click and update and searched over the internet with no luck.

PCI Simple Communications Controller
SM Bus Controller
High Definition Audio Device

Get them from the manufacturers site for your motherboard \ OS.

Download and install the Chipset and Audio drivers.

to go along with blackbird, if you have an installation disk for the motherboard that you have, the drivers are USUALLY on there also.

I have windows 8.1

UPDATE:

Got the PCI and SM Bus downloaded and fixed

Downloaded the Realtek Audio driver and now I have 2 audio devices

1 High Definition Audio Device (Yellow Triangle still)
Realtek High Definition Audio (No warnings)
