Blue screen on startup then instant restart

I recently installed my motherboard along with the other peripherals into a new case. I have installed everything correctly but whenever I try to boot my PC I get a blue screen and it instantly restarts. I managed to get the error code which is 'STOP: 0x0000007'.

Can anyone help?

What Model/Brand is your motherboard?

I have a gigabyte GA-H61M-S2PV
UPDATE: PC won't bony screen at all now, starts to boot for a few second then turns off again, I'm thinking this may be a RAM issue?

I cannot find the 'Drivers' section within the BIOS
