Are you trying to install from disk? If you are installing from an optical drive try first to disconnect all other drives in the system and then reset the BIOS to default values. Make sure the drive you are trying to install TO is configured as the primary drive in the BIOS, it looks like it's configured as drive 2 according to your screenshot. There may be hidden partitions on one or more drives causing problems. You can use the following utilities to assist you.

I've tried installing from a external DVD and from USB, i get the same message every single time
