Scked up a few parts during boxing day and built a new computer. Everything was fine, posted to bios and all that jazz. Then I put ubuntu 14.1 onto usb and booted from there. All was fine and dandy until everything froze. I decided to wait a while (1+ hours) but no budge. I thought it was the iso so I recopied onto usb to no avail. I also tried windows 8/7 with the same results (freezing at some point during copying files) . Sometimes it would bsod with memory management so i ran memtest overnight passing 6 times with no errors. Now I am at a brick wall with no clue what to do and how to diagnose the problem. I also dont have a cd/dvd drive so i cant burn for shit.

My specs:
Fx 6300
Asrock extreme 3 r2.0
Avexir 2x4gb kit (exchanged twice)
1tb hdd Seagate barracuda (also exchanged)
R9 285 powercolour
Antec 750w psu
