The buzzing denotes a bad ground due to interference on your headset. It goes away when you plug in the charger, because the charger provides a good ground for the interference to drain. With a wireless device, it will be hard to resolve sadly, unless you can eliminate the interference.

Only two grasps I can think of:
1) Start turning off all other 2.4GHz wireless electronics around.
2) Relocate the dongle to another USB port- better yet, use an extender to move it away from your case.

I have tried using the extender, Turned the WiFi off on my laptop, tried all the USB ports (both USB 3.0 & 2.0) on my laptop and unplugged my wireless mouse which is 2.4Ghz, but no change. :/
