Ok so I just recently upgraded to the Gigabyte GTX 970 4GB from my old GTX 760 4GB, and I was expecting at least a noticeable FPS increase in my games, well that was not the case at all. I got LESS FPS in some games, and the as same as before I upgraded in others?? I looked around and saw the whole bottlenecking thing that can happen and decided to test my system out, and I think I may have a bottleneck. My GPU usage always stayed at around 30-40%, and my CPU usages on each core were radically different. One would have almost no usage and another would almost be 100%. Do I need to upgrade because I spent a lot of my money already Here is my specs:
