My PC consists of:
AMD Athlon x4 860k-CPU
Asus A88XM-E-Motherboard
G.Skills Ripjaws (2x4Gb)-RAM
Asus GTX 750Ti-GPU
Corsair CX430-PSU

So what i've tried so far was:
-Reseating Everything
- Checking that my monitor works
-Testing another psu
- Changing motherboard
-Testing gpu on another pc and it does work
-Also only plugged in these components(cpu, hsf, one stick of ram,)
-Tried connecting the monitor to motherboard and not the gpu
-I've also tried everything on this forum http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/261145-31-perform-steps-posting-post-boot-video-problems

I'm beginning to think that it could be the CPU but correct me if I could be wrong. But what I need are suggestions and any tips for me to try that i haven't yet. Please this is my first PC build and i'm dying to use it. I've also been told that I'm supposed to use the dvd that came with my motherboard in order to get into the bios but i haven't gotten my dvd drive yet.

Solution
Then BIOS needs an update (you can check on the sticker - top edge of the board). 0701 or later needed.
According to the serial, board's BIOS is first version: 0401.
Options:
-order a BIOS chip on ebay and replace the board;s original one (it's on socket and easy to replace - I can link a video if necessary)
-borrow a supported CPU and flash the BIOS
-a local PC Shop might help (more expensive than a BIOS chip ordered on ebay, though).

Edit: pretty interesting thread, it seems.

Your mobo might be doa, or you might have caused it to short out while building it (This is what I accidentally did with my first build) It sucks, but what I'd recommend is taking it into a local computer shop, and having them check to see if everything is connected properly. If so then I would imagine that the issue is your board. I'm not sure if you can do this with amd boards, as I've only owned intel chipped boards, but have you taken out the gpu and tried to boot? I've seen whole rigs not post simply because of the graphics card. Even though it you said it does work on your other computer there could be an issue between the card and the board. If it still doesn't post with the graphics card out then breadboard again. One of your ram slots might be malfunctioning, along with the graphics card pcie slot. (Weird recommendation, I know.)

P.S. You don't need the dvd to access the bios, even if your bios is outdated you SHOULD still be able to access it, and it shouldn't cause your whole system to not post, the post is just letting you know that everything powered on, and was booted correctly.

Those are the first things I'd recommend off the top of my head, and I have a few more questions.

1. Do the fans spin/does the computer start?
1.5 If it does power on, does it turn off after a few seconds and force off? Or does it just sit and wait for a force reboot?

For that processor the BIOS needs to be updated.

I apologize, I didn't know that. I've only ran intel based systems.
