As the title says, the fans on my graphics card are starting and stopping repeatedly. They'll turn off for a couple seconds and then start again. This happens independently of each other, so sometimes it'll happen to one, the other, or sometimes even both.
This happens during normal operation (browsing the internet, using general desktop software), and even when I run FurMark (to make sure they're not shutting down when temperatures are low).
It also makes a high pitched sound when running, which I assume to be coil whine. But that's probably a different issue.
Are there any other reasons this could be happening? If it is an issue, is it worth pursuing an RMA over?
