I just got the new Sims 4 and I cant play it because I get an error message saying I don't have the correct video card to play and to make sure I have the latest drivers installed. Well, I installed the latest drivers but that didn't work. I want to go and buy a new graphics card for my computer but I have no idea which one to buy, which one is compatible with my computer and which one will work for Sims 4.. I'm completely lost when it comes to technology like this.

These are my computer specs:
Windows Vista Home Premium (Mid 2007)
Manufacturer: Dell
Model: Inspiron 530S
Processor: Intel(R) Core)TM)2 CPU 4300 @ 1.80GHz 1.80GHz
Video Card: Intel(R) G33/G31 Express Chipset Family
RAM: 2.00 GB
System Type: 32-bit Operating System

I went to http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/ to see if my Sims 4 could run on my computer originally and it said everything was fine and i met the system requirements except for my graphics card. Said that I needed a Pixel Shader version of 3.0 and I only have a 2.0 and a Vertex Shader Version of 3.0 and I have nothing, which I'm not sure what that means. It said that it recommended the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 or better, but I have no idea if that could work on my computer, or if there is something a lot less expensive.
I need help!!!
