Front USB Ports not Workings

So I built a computer not long ago, and the Front USB ports wont work only because I cant plug them in. They are a long blue cord with normal USB 3.0 plugs. Where do I plug them into on the motherboard? My motherboard has 10-20 pin inputs for USBs, but I cant put a normal USB 3.0 plug into them. I could always plug them into the back of the computer, but I do sorta need the exxtra USBs.

Necessary System Specs:

Case: Enermax hoplite ECA 3220 Series
Motherboard: Gigabyte Ultra Durable H97-D3H

Thanks

I would say that saying the motherboard does not have an internal USB3 Header when it clearly does. A lie.

And thinking the question was about that header when the question was CLEARLY about how he could use the cases...

So is there something similar to that but with internal USB 3.0 ports? I built this computer for my little sister, and sadly, shes quite fussy and doesnt think 4 USBs on the back is good enough, instead she wants the 2 at the front to work for her external DVD drive and other things.

Tried googling, came up with external haha, but I like your idea on plugging them into the back of the board, I'm not sure how that slipped my mind. Thank you very much!

you don't HAVE to. But that is how that sort of cable is designed to work. There was a time period where the USB 3 header was not a standard/was rare. So what case makers did to get around it was to make front case USB ports with cables that you ran out the back of the case and plugged into the USB3 ports on the motherboard.

The board you have should have a USB3 header
"6 x USB 3.0/2.0 ports (4 ports on the back panel, 2 ports available through the internal USB header)"

And you COULD use the adapter I linked to connect to the internal header. If you need to. If you don't need 6 USB 3 ports you can just run them out the back and plug in and save a few bucks.

@Unksol: Persistence is key to success, I'd say.

And thinking the question was about that header when the question was CLEARLY about how he could use the cases connections that are designed to plug into the back of the board, and have nothing to do with such a header is an obvious mistake.
