how do i fix corrupt files?

a few weeks ago i made a thread about how my computer would not boot up. well i got my computer to boot and did some scans and repairs. i can get it to boot most of the time now.

today i did sfc /scannow in cmd.exe and it told me it could no repair some files. it took some time but i was finally able to open up CBS.logs and found the corrupt files that it cant repair. werconcpl.dll.mui

it has 4 files like this. so can any 1 help me fix these?

sorry if im missing anything im not very good with this stuff

i have decided to follow the Simple and free guide to removing malware on the forums here and downloaded malwarebytes i started a scan let it run for a bit. last i seen it had found 44 objects then the computer crashed.

trying to turn it on again now and its not going so well. wont even boot in safe mode... scratch that it finally booted. im gonna try to run this scan in safe mode now and see how it works.

i dont know if i feel safe running the combofix i dont wanna mess up my computer more

the mbam scan worked in safe mode found like 45 things. today i got the ccleaner and did registry scan a few times till it showed no more problems. then i decided to do sfc /scannow in cmd.exe again. it still had problems. i got back to the CBS.log and now its 6 files that it cannot repair.

i tried to run the mbam scan again and it crashed the computer again. it took windows a bit longer to start up now. before it would take around 2 or 3 minutes to start up now it takes at least 5 minutes for windows to start up
