How do I remove the top stock fan in the NZXT Phantom 410, then install a corsair H100i cooler?

I am a first time builder and I am really struggling with the learning curve.
-Is it possible to disconnect the stock fan, move it somewhere else and hookup the new dual fans to the the fan controller as well?
-Would it be easier and effective to simply leave the fan in and install one next to it?
-Which way should I have the radiator round?
-Where can I find a good tutorial for plugging everything in?

Yes, the stock fan should come out with 4 screws and can be moved elsewhere (or removed altogether). I forget how many ports are on that fan controller - but either way I'd recommend hooking those two fans up to your motherboard and letting it control your fan speeds.

That would be fine - you may just end up with 2 fans running at 2 different speeds, which may or may not annoy you.

Doesn't really matter - but I'd recommend the fans are exhausting air out of the case, rather than blowing hot air into your case (although that will cool your CPU a bit more)

Here's a good site for owners of your case: http://www.overclock.net/t/1204530/official-phantom-410-mid-tower-owners-club
For plugging parts in, there are a pile of PC building...

For plugging parts in, there are a pile of PC building sites if you look around.
