if your building a pc then NO. the r7 250 is very low end and the i7 is very high end. i recommend an i5 and better gpu set up

it is okay, no bottlenecks and such
but for sucg an awsome CPU i would suggest a gtx 970 or r9 280x
that CPU can handle anything now
PS- if on a budget ,cut back on the processor to i5 4690/4460 and get a better card
there is no performance difference while gaming between an i5 and an i7 . I cannot predict the future ,but thiss might change
