You can either build a custom computer yourself, buy the parts and hire someone to build it for you, or you can buy a premade computer from a custom pc company like: (example) Ironsidecomputers.com. If you decide to build one yourself, I recommend using pcpartpicker.com they let you track how much you'll be spending, + when you add a part they automatically select the vendor with the cheapest price.

If you don't want to spend the time building your own computer, i would check out ibuypower or origin computers
