I'm really hoping to do the impossible and not start a war, I need help choosing a CPU (for a gaming PC) of the three I will provide at the bottom of this post and a (now this is very important) micro ATX motherboard, my space is very limited. With that being said I am open to suggestions about CPUs but I will NOT be over clocking.

If the rest of the components will help they can be found here: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/yVBtHx

CPUs (in no particular order)
AMD FX-6300
AMD FX-8350
Intel i7-4770

The Intel I5 4690K compares to the 8350FX and performs better in MOST games.

But the I7 does not really provide significant improvement above the I5.

Also something to note, there are no decent mATX motherboards for the FX AM3+ socket.

Some notes on your build :

1. Overpriced PSU.
2. Would get a more traditionally accespted SSD. Samsung 840/850 EVO or Crucial MX100.
3. Windows Home Premium is sufficient for MOST peoples usage.

For gaming AMD does well enough in most games. But if you don't think you're overclocking it you should maybe go with Intel. By my self I have AMD FX-4350 @ 4.5GHz and I'm happy with it and it's not bottleneck on my system.

I also agree with that. I'd look for a XFX or Seasonic PSU s since they are really reliable.
