Solution
It looks like a pretty good starting setup to me. Personally not a fan of Micro ATX boards but their fine, and would suggest getting an aftermarket CPU cooler due to noise on stock ones under load.

Solution
I think it looks pretty good as well. I also agree with xxst97xx, an aftermarket cpu cooler might not be a bad idea. If you can find it on sale, the hyper 212 evo is a decent cooler. On sale they're usually under $30. For around the $40 range a better cooler might be the cryorig h5 or scythe kotetsu. I think the h97 and z97 layouts are the same and none of them should block the memory slots. The 212 evo comes close to the first mem slot when the fan's on the right side in push configuration and might be a little bit of a pain when it comes time to fix the cooler fan on.
