As you are getting an expensive processor, I would suggest you to get an ASUS motherboard. In the bottom I have mentioned two motherboards. You can go with any of these two motherboards. Both are good :). Also these motherboard use DDR4 RAMs only[can't use DDR3]. So the cheapest yet good DDR4 memory you can get is Crucial 2133MHz RAM. One 4GB stick costs you 5000Rs. So my advice is to get 2 sticks of 4GB Crucial 2133MHz RAM. These products are not available in flipkart yet. If you are living in Delhi, you can get all these stuff at Nehru Place for a much cheaper price.

Asus X99-DELUXE : http://www.primeabgb.com/asus-x99-deluxe-socket-2011-v3-x99-motherboard.html
ASUS X99-PRO : http://www.primeabgb.com/asus-x99-pro-x99-socket-2011-v3-motherboards.html
Crucial 4GB DDR4 2133mhz : http://www.primeabgb.com/crucial-4gb-ddr4-2133mhz-ct4g4dfs8213-desktop-memory.html?___SID=U

All the best for your new rig :)

Sadly the lowest price on a motherboard that will allow compatibility with your chosen i7-5930K will come in at nearly half or the same price as your processor.

Asus Motherboards
MSI X99 Sli Plus - which apparently is the cheapest.

Furthermore please read this!
The X79 chipset is almost 3 years old, so it is not a surprise that X99 introduces quite a few improvements. Starting with the socket, both X79 and X99 use a socket that has 2,011 pins - hence the name LGA 2011. However, the X99 LGA 2011-3 socket is a slightly different shape than the LGA 2011 socket so Ivy Bridge-E CPUs will not physically fit in the newer LGA 2011-3 socket or vice versa.
So unless you're interested in physically damaging your CPU I have no way of prescribing an X79 platform for you hence implying that you disregard any and/or all advice placed forth towards an X79 platform/motherboard.

The Memory controller on the CPU was fabbed for DDR4 use and thus the introduction of DDR4 Kits on the X99 platform. X79 however only supports a max of DDR3.

If you haven't purchased the CPU yet, I'd be glad to straighten some answers out for you and suggest a cheaper route provided I knew your intended use and budget.

;)

* Edit: I've edited your initial post and thread title to attract more traffic for users to offer their advice. More so from your locality :)

Bro please tell me what are you going to do with your computer. Because there is no need to go for an Expensive Core i7 5930K Haswell-E CPU unless you are into professional video rendering and editing stuff. Also installing a costly 5930k in a cheap mobo is a ridiculous idea :ouch:. Also there is no motherboard for 5930K within your budget :(. So please tell your use so that I will be able to suggest all the components for you.
