Its still a much lower resolution then 4k. So i think that is the problem.
But still the gpu should be able to handle it?
Yes, it should be no problem to watch 4k movies on a gtx 770. But you will get lower frame-rates in games. Not a single alone graphicscard can run a game ultra on 4k at 60 fps. So i thinkg you will get goot fps at medium settings then.
