Is this gaming pc rig good for gaming and can i over clock my cpu please

Will my gaming PC rig handle the latest games and upcoming games and should i over clock my CPU and can i over clock my CPU.
specs
GA-H61M-S2PV (rev. 2.2) gigabyte motherboard
8gb ddr3 1333mhz ram
Gainward GeForce® GTX 670 2GB graphics card
I5 3570K 3.4GHZ turbo boost to 3.8GHZ
2 fans one at the front and one at the back of the case
1 TB hard drive
Corsair VS650 650 watt power supply
2 fans one at the front and one at the back of the case
Coolermaster Elite 335U case

That's still a decent rig which should handle upcoming games but just don't expect ultra, I don't think you can usually adjust the CPU ratio with H61 chipset motherboards but I see that you can on your board, so you're good to overclock as long as you get a decent CPU cooler. I wouldn't overclock to anything beyond the max turbo clock on that board though, it has a low power phase and uncovered VRM's.
