hi am satya i have intel pentium dual core 1.8 ghz and ram 2.5 gb and i want connect my pc to tv (32inch led samsung)and i don't have any graphic card which card i better to my pc

You don't need a graphics card as your integrated graphics is enough..
I don't expect your PC has a HDMI port.. so I think you can connect it using the standard D-SUB (VGA) cable if your TV supports it..
