1) Get a copy of windows 8.1
2) use Novicorp win to flash to extract the windows to the usb (make sure the usb is formatted first)
3) now you have a bootable win8.1 usb

search for and download the Microsoft tool "Windows7-USB-DVD-tool". it is located on MS site in their download section somewhere, easily found with a quick search. just copy your boot image onto the USB drive and load @ startup.
