Hi Tom's Hardware

My desktop has been working fine until yesterday, where I all of a sudden, wasn't able to connect to the internet. I were still able to find the connections and it said I had connection, but I wasn't able to load up any sites, couldn't get online on Skype or anything like that. So far I have been searching for a solution and I think it has to be something to do with my MAC address. I tried typing ipconfig/all in commandprompt and it said the psychical mac address was 00.00.0.. (something like that, it was all 0's). It's running Windows 7. I also tried running a virus scan with ESET but no result. I'm a newbie at this stuff so be nice haha also, english isn't my native language, sorry.

Thanks in advance and happy new year! :)

tl;dr
Suddenly not able to connect to the internet.
Windows 7
Virus scan shows nothing.
Ipconfig/all = shows 00.00.00.. MAC address (I think that's the problem)
