450w PSU powering GTX 760?

Could a 450W +3.3V 20A, +5V 20A, +12V 34A, -12V 0.5A,+5Vsb 2.5A PSU power a GeForce GTX 760 along with an AMD Athlon X4 860k? Or should I upgrade my PSU first?

Technically, a 450 would be OK. Nvidia states the minimum requirement is 500 watts. But, make sure you have a quality PSU and don't overclock. What is the make/model of the PSU?
