Do you live in India? If so,then those prices will skyrocket way beyond your budget. Otherwise it's a pretty decent build. All I would change would be the power supply. Get an equivalent Seasonic instead, really high quality.

CPU: Intel core i5 4440 3.1GHz (A great CPU.Can Handle all latest games.I t is 4 generation Intel CPU.Mostly Games have 2 generation or 3 generation CPU in their recommended settings)
MOBO: Asus Gamer B85-pro (A great choice for a gamer like you. This MOBO can support both SLI and CrossFireX U can go with a dual r9 295x2 or dual Titan Z on it as easy as peazy :) It also allows Overclocking in future if You buy i7 4790k or i5 4690k You can easily overclock it)
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 960 2GB GDDR 5 128-bit (great GPU can run any game on ultra 1080p You throw on it.It competes with AMD Radeon R9 280 and It can easily beat hell out of R9 270x and GTX 760)
Case: Corrsair Corbid series 200R
Storage 1: Sandisk Ultra 256GB SSD Sata 3( It is reliable and much better than 1tb HDD.Put BF 4,BF 3,Minecraft,Skyrim and NFS Rivals in it and still space will be available for you to put 2 to 3 more games like Splinter Cell Blacklist and Crysis 3)
Storage 2: Kinston 60GB SSD (It is for OS and remember OS only takes around 30GB You can use remaining 30GB for Your Movies Songs or Your Gameplays)
Ram: Corrsair Vengeance 8GB DDR 3 1600MHz( Most games want only 2GB of ram to run them well but new games want 4 to 6GB of ram to run them well 8GB of DDR3 ram makes it sure You have more than enough)
DVD ROM: It comes with the case (if not pick any cheap one)
Use any good 500 watts PSU
