Recently received a new motherboard and CPU for Christmas, but now my semi-new build is turning on for a split second and then off repeatedly. I read through a lot of forums and tried unplugging everything, taking the motherboard out of the case, reapplying thermal paste, only attaching one or two sticks of RAM in the correct slots and taking the CMOS battery out for about 10 minutes. I didn't have the time yet, but I will check the voltages on my PSU but I doubt that that is the issue, since it is fairly new and has been working flawlessly for months (will also try to use an older PSU). Here is my build and thank you in advance:

New:
Motherboard - MSI Z97-G45 Gaming
CPU - Intel i5-4690K

Reused components:
Chassis - CM Storm Stryker
PSU - Corsair RM 750
RAM - G.Skill Ripjaws DDR3 1333 4GB (4 sticks)
SSD - PNY 250 GB
GPU - ASUS GTX660
