Cpu: i7 4770 k
GPU: GTX 770
Motherboard: MSI Z97
PSU:CX600M

My build has been running fine for at least five months, but a week ago it stopped displaying on my monitor. Neither the onboard graphics or the GPU displays an image. The CPU and GPU fans run on high when I turn it on, and the case fans stopped working completely. I've checked the CPU and GPU and they both run fine and i also went ahead and replaced the motherboard with no luck. I've checked all connections and ran through the checklist but I still can't find the problem. Any ideas?

Solution
The GTX 770 system requirements are:

600 watt or greater power supply with a minimum of 42 amps on the +12 volt rail.

PCI Express, PCI Express 2.0 or PCI Express 3.0 compliant motherboard with one graphics slot.

One 8-pin PCI Express power connector or two available 6-pin PCI Express power connectors and one 6-pin PCI Express power connector or two available hard disk power connectors.

Your power supply (PSU:CX600M ) is at the level noted. But that series of Corsair power supplies are notorious for having problems (cheap components). I is possible that it is no longer putting out the necessary watts. You can try monitoring the voltage with an application like this one.

I've tried the monitor with another computer and it works well, tried resetting the CMOS but no luck. How would I know if I need a stronger PSU? The onboard lights on the motherboard flicker a little as if they're trying hard to stay on, it makes me think it might be a power issue

You can switch out the PSU with a known working power supply (650-750 watt).
Another way is to take it to a computer repair shop and have them test the PSU.
