Can anyone please give me a list of things i need for medium level gaming?
Such as:
Minecraft with a 128x128 texture pack running at 90 fps average (on max settings with everything)
COD:Ghosts at Medium settings running 30-60 fps average
Skyrim at medium settings running 30-60 fps average

Budget:$850 before tax, operating system, monitor, and peripherals already bought

Assuming you don't want to oc. Since, you are going to do some medium gaming, you can lower your budget some, this price range is for higher end builds.

Really? When I got my i5 4440 I was to scared to use the stock cooler. I ended up forking up an extra $15 bucks to buy the hyper tx3.

If you get the i5 4690k you will probably want a better mobo and an aftermarket cooler (something that can overclock) .

I suggest this, faster HDD, newer h97 mobo, better cooler, higher quality psu(the new evgas are built by super flower, old ones arent).

To be honest and from my first hand experience as a brand new first time owner of an Intel CPU the stock heat sink is quite excellent for what it is. I tried it out even just to see how it performs though I have a Hyper 212+ and I must say it does very well and is more than enough for a locked Intel CPU. Even for a silence freak. I would have lived happily with the stock heat sink but of course because I bought an unlocked CPU I just had to see how far it could be pushed.

Just to add, this system is complete overkill for minecraft and the games and settings you listed, if your willing to lower your budget and save some money, you could go cheaper and get great frames at 1080p with a system like mine(my sig).

Just a warning saying the card is long so some drive bays aren't going to be usable. It is also saying that the motherboard has usb 3.0 whereas the case does not.

The case does not have USB 3.0 headers, no issues unless you need/want usb 3.0 headers on your case, you still have some on your i/o panel. The graphics card is long, and you may have to remove the drive bay to fit it, this could be an issue, but i dont know if all of the drive bays are connected, or top and bottom or if the warnign is correct.

There are plenty of other cases that are longer to choose from around the price.

I said 256gb, not 128, your paying a little less than 2/3 of the price for 1/2 of the capicity, 256gb is the best for the dollar.
