Assuming you don't want to oc. Since, you are going to do some medium gaming, you can lower your budget some, this price range is for higher end builds.

Thank you very much.
One more question, will it still work if the CPU is Intel i5 4690k?

The stock intel hsf is pretty loud and has to run at 100% speed to keep my i3 under 60C.

You can add a 256gb ssd for ~110 dollars.

I have this HDD in my system and my boot time is around 5-6 seconds to login screen.
The read/write speed is 200 MBs , according to crystal disk mark.

Just to add, this system is complete overkill for minecraft and the games and settings you listed, if your willing to lower your budget and save some money, you could go cheaper and get great frames at 1080p with a system like mine(my sig).

ASRock H97M PRO4 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard has an onboard USB 3.0 header, but the NZXT Source 210 (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case does not have front panel USB 3.0 ports.

The NZXT Source 210 (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case supports video cards up to 330mm long, but video cards over 230mm may block drive bays. Since the EVGA GeForce GTX 970 4GB ACX 2.0 Video Card is 241mm long, some drive bays may not be usable.

So whats up with these?

The case does not have USB 3.0 headers, no issues unless you need/want usb 3.0 headers on your case, you still have some on your i/o panel. The graphics card is long, and you may have to remove the drive bay to fit it, this could be an issue, but i dont know if all of the drive bays are connected, or top and bottom or if the warnign is correct.

There are plenty of other cases that are longer to choose from around the price.

I said 256gb, not 128, your paying a little less than 2/3 of the price for 1/2 of the capicity, 256gb is the best for the dollar.

Is this a good list with the peripherals and stuff? I already bought the monitor, and my budget after peripherals was 1.15k

Yes, case is good, mouse,kb and headset, i dont know, thats user preference. I would get a 256gb ssd as they offer much better price per gb, but thats up to you.

As a side note, windows 8.1 will give better fps and better min fps in most games compared to 7.
