I just built this desktop, and I am a noob with these kinds of things. I am going to use the desktop to record games like minecraft and probably other games as well. I would just like to know if I can skim some stuff, meaning stuff that I don't need. I don't want the computer to over heat or anything so please keep that in mind, also I would like to stay on the budget of less than 1050 dollars or equal.

Edit: there are some things I forgot to mention like I also need a monitor and I also need a keyboard, I don't need a mouse. Thank you so much for the feedback so far.

An 8-core AMD with 8 threads will give better performnace in real life application
The Case needs good air-flow and lower acoustics to be a good case
The motherboard you chose is dead also so why say that (no oc'ing capability on it)
AMD can OC to 4.7GHz if needed which would make it twice as fast as the Intel
AMD is also unlocked compared to the Locked Intel, that is why I got an unlocked Intel but for alot more money

In this build you also get 250GB SSD and a better graphics card, albeit at expense of not having overclockable CPU (not that it matters too much anyway, it is blistering fast even at stock). Since you won't be overclocking, you can even leave out the CPU cooler and lower the cost a bit, but I would keep it - it is quieter and cools better than stock.

I edited your build just a little to fit my needs, but other than that, it was very helpful. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO HELPED!
