It came with the spare brackets and they match this will fit in it fine but the stock bracket it much too large and I can't figure out how to change them.
Without knowing exactly which Zotac GT630 you have, it's impossible to say for sure, but looking at the low profile versions of the card found here, the "grill" is the heat sink and should not be removed.

It is the ZT-60415-20l and what should i do just leave the pc with no cover?
1) Remove the full-height backplate.
2) Remove the VGA connection port by disconnecting the cable from the PCB.
3) Install the HDMI/DVI low-profile backplate.

2) Attach the VGA low-profile backplate to the VGA port.
3) Attach the HDMI/DVI low-profile backplate to the PCB.
