Installed mother board, lowest right screw doesn't seem right.

The mobo has 6 holes and I screwed the standoffs and layed my board. I screwed the holes in but the bottom right one did not go in all the way. The mother board seems a little loose but looks okay, should I re screw it in?

Hello... There can be coarse and fine thread screws included with your CASE... make sure you are using the proper ones for your stand-offs.

I am sure I used the right screws, they were ffine threaded. They are all in a bag

Thats what I thought too, its only one screw. It should be safe right?

Yes it should be fine , I had an Asrock board that was like that , had no issues.

Hello... Typically I have seen them wedge between the MB solder joints and Ground/back plate.
