best motherboard for 29 290 trix ? need help fast

but the graphic card wasent good so i bought r9 290 trix i know it will bottleneck the motherboard so i m thinking of buying a new motherboard i need advice which is the best motherboard with cpu for 29 290 trix also i have bought a power supply 750w

and one more question i would like to know i play games on a big screen does that effect for graphic card and cpu like if i play on small screen will i be able to play on high settings?

If that processor speed is 4.2GHz, it will probably be OK with quad cores. Turn off the integrated graphics so that more processing won't be taken up. Try it and see. If still not satisfied, get a AMD A10-7850K. The FM2/FM2+ systems aren't the best for gaming. Turn up your computer power settings all the way too.

do i do that through bios ahh i dont really know about that stuff and i heard its dangerous ? how do i disable it?
