Psu making a weird / grinding noise on startup

My psu fan has been making a weird / grinding noise on start up but it goes in 10-15 sec and it goes away faster when I hit on top of my pc case where the psu is but then it starts spinning up normal it gives out cool air aswell but when I game warm air I guess that's Normal I had no problems till now thank god and I hope I won't I'm just wondering if it is something serious or not

What is a bearing and the grinding noise goes away in 15-30 seconds is it serious or isit nothing to worry about because the fan spins up normal after
