Well heres the full story I just recently finished building my new pc and once I started up it was all fine so I decided to try and boot windows 7 from my usb (since I didnt buy a optical drive to save some money) but for some reason it would not boot up to windows 7 set-up so I surfed the web in search of an answer and after toying around in the settings to get my pc to work it just wouldn't go into the bios and whenever it ask to press "Delete" or "f12" to go into the bios it would just leave in a blank screen. My keyboard and mouse where working 100% before and without me doing anything it would send me to the bios but now i'm just stuck on a blank screen. Please help!!!

P.S my motherboard is an "ASUS Sabertooth Z97 mark 1" and if you know why I can't boot up to windows in the first place an answer for that would be greatly appreciated.

UPDATE 1: For the bios problem i took out the cmos battery then waited about 2-3 minutes and put it back in. Then it worked fine and for my cpu fan error i plug it into the wrong pins (it was on the one for assts fan) then once i put it in for the pins for the cpu fan it began to work fine.

P.S.S i still dont know how to put wind7 from usb into my pc.

I just took out the cmos battery waited a couple minutes (2-3) then i put back in and it worked fine. Then for the cpu fan error it was on a different slot for an asst fan so i switched it over and walah its working fine now. all i have to do is install wind7 from usb which idk how.

Then you should have checked my 1st reply instead of the late reply for best answer... Lol. Just teasing.
You can download the .ISO file from here: http://www.mydigitallife.info/official-windows-7-sp1-iso-from-digital-river/
And use Windows 7 USB DVD Download Tool to convert it to a bootable USB flash drive: http://arstechnica.com/business/2009/12/the-usb-flash-drive/

Now make sure your BIOS is set to boot from a flash drive. Most modern boards are, but some older ones need to have the flash drive in the slot, boot to BIOS, set it as the 1st boot device, and reboot.
Another option is to press (usually) F11 at boot and enter the boot menu, then choose the flash drive. The F key may be different depending on the BIOS manufacturer. But it should be stated at the boot screen.
