So, I made a list of things I need for my custom PC, and I have no Idea how worth it the parts are.

I want a cpu than can run:

Minecraft Max Settings 32x32 texture pack 600 fps (if not possible at all then maybe atleast 220-250 fps)

COD:Ghosts at 30-50 Fps Average

I would say a bit better cpu. I5 4770k great cpu or go and with the fx 8350

the i5 4440 is an extremely underrated cpu, its will perform as well as every other stock i5 and is as cheap as the fx 8350. I own both the i5 4440 and a gtx 970 and its fine, no bottlenecks.
