AMD FX-8320 stock fan too loud. Help?

So, I have recently built a PC, and when I play bf4, it is sometimes just too loud. It doesn't get really hot since it's the winter time, but yeah. I don't know alot about how cooling works and what watercoolers are, etc. but please do suggest something to get rid of the loud noise and also, keep it cool in the summers.
My specs are: AMD FX 8320 BE 8 core processor
Cooler Master Force 500 FOR-500-KKN1 Mid Tower Cabinet
Corsair VS650 650 Watt PSU
ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3 Motherboard
Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon Dual-X R9 270X with Boost OC 2 GB 2 GB DDR5 Graphics Card

here you are, this is the best option for a good price. If you wanted to spend a little more you could get something a lot better, though.

And yes, your case supports coolers 164mm in height, the 212X is only 158mm.
