Hello and happy new year to all.

I bought a used Gigabyte GTX 750 2gb. It has a 6 pin slot but my power supply doesn't have one. I also have no molex to 6 pin cable.

Since gtx 750's tdp is 65w max and pci-e supports 75w why would i need a 6 pin connector?

(Some tests says it's actually 38.5w TDP http://cryptomining-blog.com/tag/geforce-gtx-750-ti-power-usage/ )

So will it work? Thanks

I see, that's a factory overclocked version which is likely why it DOES have a 6 pin socket. You'll need to get a different PSU or a 4 pin molex to 6 pin adapter. It's very much recommended to use the correct cabling to power aftermarket cards, but in a pinch you could use the molex adapter. If you decide to get another PSU, that card requires a 350-400w PSU, and you don't want to use a cheap OEM PSU with it, the Antec VP-450 would be a good choice and runs about thirty bucks.
What is the model number of your card? The GTX 750 is powered through the motherboard and doesn't have a socket for additional power so it must either be a 750 TI or another model. Models with the 6 pin or more sockets will not function without it. It is essential for the card to run.
