Fractal Design Silent Series R2 please help.

the rubber mounts are not meant to pull all the way throough the fan,they lock onto just the rear part of the fan housing ,the thin bit with the ball is just to pull them through ,this then sits loose in the fan screw hole to the inside of the case.

The holes align perfectly but the screws go in a little and start going in crooked. the rubber pieces I can't figure out how to get those in tho. It won't go all the way through to the other side.

Try to screw the screws in first prior to installing to thread them right,after that try to install the fan.
With the rubber pieces do you probably need to use some more force,just don't pull to hard on the thin end,try to get grip as close to the fan as possible.
