Startup go into bios (usually Del. key check user guide)
Does bios show you still have a hard drive ,
If not try removing battery and then remove and re insert hard drive to cure bad connection)
If drive is shown what is the boot device,.?
if not set to hard drive reset to hard drive
To get a startup disk you need to find a friend with windows 7 64 bit and sp 1 (assuming you have 64 bit windows with sp1)
Does not have to be same home or pro or ultimate or even Toshiba
Then build a windows emergency system repair disk (DVD)
