I bought a arctic cooling 13 fan and it had thermal to much thermal paist on it. I whent to take it off and some of the paist had spiked over the side on to the edge of the cpu and ther is a gap there the case for the cpu was put on so some got stick ing the Gap as I was cleaning it?
